From the office of the Mayor of Châteauguay or meeting the Premier in Quebec City, to a winter festival on Ile St. Bernard and tourist destinations out-of-town, the student journalists of Vision learn about their world indoors and out, in all seasons. The stories they cover are about the hidden charms and unique individuals that make up our community.

Interview with an Olympic gold medallist
Team Canada goal-tender
Kim St. Pierre of Châteauguay sat down with Vision

staff members for an exclusive interview for our first issue.
Looking for the story behind
the story, Vision conveyed St. Pierre's

inspiration for youth and adults alike

in working and sacrificing to achieve

her objective.

Three boys from Howard S. Billings High School paddled the Chateauguay River
from Huntingdon to Dewittville with Kayak Safari.

Four girls toured a pig farm in St. Etienne de Beauharnois to learn how
an environmentally-conscious producer handles the smelly and toxic waste.

In Mercier, three young journalists covered Willdon Stables where a Billings

alumnus started her own business. In St. Isidore, the Vision team covered

the annual rite of maple syrup-making.
