| Telling
stories in pictures is what Vision does best. Photography offers
the students a means of exploring the world around them and sharing their
discoveries with our readers. We want our pages to reflect every aspect of the Greater Chateauguay community so our visual reporters are challenged to approach new subjects each month. |

| The
following pages show some of our best photos judged on their success in
capturing a moment and documenting the feel of our city and outlying rural
region. As a body of work built over the first three years of the Vision newspaper project, these pictures portray our land, our structures, our people and our community events--the world these students will soon be launched into to find where they fit in. Our star photographers are a mixed lot. Girls and boys, 7th graders and 11th graders, even alumni. While some excel academically, others struggle to stay in school. But for all of them, Visionis a place where they can belong. |
